Returns Policy

Not Satisfied With Your Product?

We strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us within 7 days to be eligible for a return or replacement. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To process your return or replacement request, please have your Order Number ready. This helps us quickly locate your purchase and resolve your issue efficiently.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in case of defective or wrong items received, and only if a replacement is not possible. Once your return is approved and the item is received back, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacements / Exchanges

We offer free replacements for defective items reported within 7 days of delivery. After this period, replacement requests may still be processed, but customers will be responsible for shipping costs. Please note that replacements are subject to product availability.
