Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Karachi. Your package stays with us for up to 2 days of processing, after which it is handed to our logistics partners, sorted, and sent to the relevant station for delivery.

We are committed to giving our customers the best value, so shipping is free on all orders within Karachi.

• Outside Karachi, shipping is Rs. 99 only on orders under Rs. 1,500.
• This applies to regular orders. Delivery charges on Sale / Promotion orders may vary — add the sale item to your cart to see the exact charges at checkout.

We know waiting for your new Sigma product is hard, so we use the best services from leading logistics providers.

Detain Service (orders above 2 kg)
Delivered within 48–72 working hours.

Overnight Service (orders under 2 kg)
Delivered within 24–48 working hours.

These estimates do not include holidays, weekends or the 2-day processing time. Delivery may take longer due to political or weather conditions, or may not be possible in out-of-service areas.

You can check your order status anytime by entering your tracking number on our Track Your Order page. We text you the tracking number shortly after your package is ready for dispatch.

We do not recommend checking your shipment at the time of delivery. Our products are electronic gadgets, and setting them up sometimes needs the user manual — this takes time, and delivery riders work on tight schedules.

Don't worry: all delivered items are covered under our Returns Policy.
